Every Zennia order is packed by hand with care — because the unboxing experience matters to us as much as the jewelry itself.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Within Egypt

We currently ship across Egypt. Estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days
• Other governorates: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over 1000 LE
• Standard shipping fee applies to orders below 1000 LE
