We want you to love every piece you receive from Zennia. That is why we make returns as simple as possible.

Our Return Policy

You can inspect your order upon delivery and return it on the spot with the delivery person if you are not satisfied — no forms, no waiting, no complications.

How It Works

• When your order arrives, take a moment to open and inspect your piece
• If you are not happy with it for any reason, simply hand it back to the delivery person immediately
• The return will be processed and your refund will follow within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

• Returns must be made at the moment of delivery — we cannot accept returns after the delivery person has left
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours on Instagram @zennia.eg and we will resolve it immediately.
