Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2 business days in Cairo and Giza and 3–5 business days in other governorates.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over 1000 LE.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
We currently ship within Egypt only.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can inspect your order upon delivery and return it on the spot with the delivery person if you are not satisfied. Returns must be made at the moment of delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will resolve it immediately.

Products & Jewelry

What materials are your pieces made from?
Our pieces are made from premium stainless steel and with 18K gold plating. They are waterproof, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic — safe for sensitive skin.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your pieces away from perfume, oils, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid wearing in the shower or swimming pool for prolonged periods.

Customisation

How does the Italian Link Bracelet builder work?
Choose your bracelet base style, then fill each of the 18 modular links with your chosen charms. Your completed bracelet is added to cart as one item with your full configuration attached to the order.

How does the Zennia Charm Bar work?
Choose a bracelet or necklace base, then curate up to 8 charms from our unified charm collection. Each charm carries a name and a meaning — chosen by you.

Can I add more charms to my piece later?
Yes — our charms are designed to be collectible. You can order additional charms separately and add them to your existing piece over time.
